Thank you for your interest in St. Peter Prince of Apostles School. For prospective students entering 1st grade or higher, previous school files will be reviewed prior to approval for registration. As part of the application process, assessment results, report cards, and counselor and reference forms, as needed, must be obtained from your child’s current or previous school. The application packet can be found on this page. Upon completion, please mail or bring your completed application packet to the front office. Please contact the Registrar, Becky Pawelek, at 210-824-3171 to schedule a tour, complete an application or learn more about St. Peter’s. All fees are due at the time of registration for new students.
Once a prospective student’s application has been approved he/she is cleared for registration. New student application packets can be found on this page or picked up from the school office. All registration fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable. A FACTS fee is also due directly to FACTS upon enrollment. In addition, the following forms must be submitted on or prior to the first day of school.
Handbook Agreement-- Due to the school office on or prior to the first day of school
Background Check- Required for all adult volunteers (must be renewed every 3 years)
Registration begins with completion of a new tuition agreement and payment of the non-refundable registration fee. These should be submitted to Nancy Escamilla in the Middle School office. Families must also register with FACTS for the current school year. In addition, the following forms must be submitted on or prior to the first day of school:

Tuition discount information is available on the Tuition and Fees forms. Discounts may not be stacked. Employees of the Archdiocese of San Antonio and the University of the Incarnate Word are eligible for a tuition discount. Please contact the school office at 210-824-3171 for more information.
The FACTS system for tuition payment and account management allows families to manage their financial accounts with efficiency, convenience, and security.
