The counseling office is here to help you with: setting goals, working well with others, feeling good about yourself, adjusting to a new school, learning how to make decisions, managing your feelings (stress, worry, anger, etc.), working out friendship problems, dealing with peer pressure and bullying, and to listen to any other concerns you need to share. Even if you're not sure if this is something to talk with the counselor about come talk with us, if we can't help or answer the question we can help you find the person who can!
If you need to see a counselor for any reason you can request a meeting by emailing us or asking your parents or teachers to help you schedule an appointment.
Remember if it is an emergency it's always best to go directly to an adult you trust (teacher, parent, principal, assistant principal) and they can help you find us!
Don't forget we are here for YOU and happy to help!
