St. Peter School provides structured learning through a departmentalized curriculum, electives and specialized courses (6th-8th Grades).
With guidance from the Archdiocese-approved curriculum, St. Peter Prince of Apostles School differentiates itself by providing a well-balanced, integrated, departmentalized curriculum to prepare students for high school.
St. Peter's graduates consistently rank among the best prepared for high school in the metro San Antonio area.
Core subjects include mathematics, science, social studies, religion, language arts, fine arts, music, Spanish and physical education. To complement the core subjects, students choose from a variety of electives, special courses and enrichment opportunities which contribute to their total development.
Students may also participate in St. Peter’s sports programs such as volleyball, basketball, golf and football. Student athletes adhere to a strict code of conduct and academic achievement.
Graduates interested in entering Incarnate Word High School or Saint Anthony High School receive a $1,500 Preparatory School Scholarship for 4 years. Additional scholarships are available if the students choose to attend college at the University of the Incarnate Word.
