Nick Selser is in his second year as the middle school social studies techer and cross country/track and field coach at St. Peter's. This year, he is also excited to co-teach the liturgy elective with Mr. Vasquez. Originally from coastal Maryland, Mr, Selser is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where he studied political science and psychology. He is currently in his second year of the Alliance fo rCatholic Education program at the University of Notre Dame, a two-year Master's degree program in education and teaching fellowship, which is how he found his way down to San Antonio. He is thankful for the warm welcome of the St. Peter's community and the support he has received from families, fellow teachers and staff, and the parish. Outside of teaching and his graduate studies, Mr. Selser volunteers as a liturgical planner for the Archdiocesan young adult ministry and sings in the young adult choir. He also loves reading, writing, and studying philosophy, playing volleyball and basketball with friends, listening to live music, spending time outdoors, and distance running.
